Good questions, growing answers
How are plants packed for delivery?
Every plant is watered, wrapped and secured in its pot, then packed in plastic-free, recyclable cardboard with custom inserts so it arrives upright and healthy. In cold months we add insulated wraps.
What is the 30-day happy-plant promise?
If your plant arrives damaged or struggles in the first 30 days despite following its care guide, send us a photo and we'll replace it or give you a full refund — no fuss.
Which plants are safe for cats and dogs?
Plants marked “Pet-friendly” in our shop, such as the Spider Plant, Calathea Orbifolia and Zebra Haworthia, are listed as non-toxic to cats and dogs by the ASPCA. Others should be kept out of reach of curious pets.
I don't have much light. Can I still grow plants?
Definitely. Snake Plants and Calatheas are happy in lower light. Use our plant finder or message us with a photo of your space and we'll recommend the right match.
Do you offer gifts and corporate orders?
Yes. Every order can include a handwritten gift note, and we curate plants for offices, events and client gifts. Get in touch for volume pricing.
How does the Lucky Club subscription work?
Each month you receive a new healthy plant in a nursery pot, plus a care card and tips. Skip, pause or cancel anytime before the 20th of the month.
